“Lost A/C on Saturday evening. I wanted installation completed by following Friday. I called two highly rated companies Monday morning. The first company came out, inspected the unit and gave us an estimate of 8K. However, the estimate was revised on Wednesday to 16K because out ductwork needed replacement. I then called Comfort Services Inc. Todd, the sales Rep come out Thursday morning. After inspecting our unit, Todd informed us that in todays market, energy efficient A/C installations like what we selected, start in the mid teens and that our ductwork was ok.. Our installation commenced the following day at promptly 8:30AM when Malik and Will drove up the driveway with everything they needed. They waisted no time in commencing the installation and were very polite and professional.

Why Are They Called Ductless Mini Splits? A wall-mount mini-split heating and air conditioning unit installed in a new house. A modern heat pump, this unit heats a house in winter and cools in the summer. This type of system eliminates ductwork which is a primary source of inefficiency in a conventional system making this about 30% more efficient.
